Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DriftCrew mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

DriftCrew is a group adventure tracking application designed for outdoor enthusiasts across a wide range of activities including downwinding, skiing, snowboarding, kite surfing, wing foiling, mountain biking, and more. The App provides real-time location sharing, crew management, session tracking, and optional public leaderboards to help you track your adventures and connect with your crew.

User Accounts and Eligibility

To use DriftCrew, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DriftCrew only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Share false or misleading location information
  • Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Use the App in a manner for illegal tracking or other nefarious intent

Subscriptions and Payments

DriftCrew offers both free and Pro subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Provides basic solo tracking features at no cost, keeping information local to your device
  • Pro Tier: Requires a paid subscription for crew features and advanced automated monitoring & notifications
  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and managed through the App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice

Service Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DriftCrew is a group adventure tracking tool designed to help you monitor and share your outdoor activities. The App relies on GPS signals, cellular networks, and internet connectivity, which may be unavailable or inaccurate in certain conditions (remote areas, bad weather, etc.). While DriftCrew can help your crew stay connected during activities, it is not a substitute for proper preparation, appropriate equipment, or emergency services. In any emergency situation, always contact local emergency services directly.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONTANA AI SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
